I don't know why you're hung up on this. Have you rewatched the fight?

The only round Yuri won was round 4 and at the end of round 3 he landed some good shots. That's it, the rounds were not very close. It wasn't a complete beatdown but cotto clearly won every round but 1 or 2.

Also, compubox doesn't prove anythign. Like one of the announcers said, when Yuri got hit he got hurt and moved out of the way, when cotto got hit it didn't phase him and he kept comin.

That's the difference. Clean & EFFECTIVE punches. Forget the stats. Cotto was hurting Yuri and Yuri was not doing anything to stop cotto.

He was wobbled and rocked numerous times and his legs buckled a couple times prior to the injury. Roy made a good point that he was forced to fight because he was desperate (meaning he was getting hurt in there and he new his only chance was to trade shots with cotto, since he was getting out-boxed by cotto).

lol, why even listen to my argument when u can just spazz out and twist my words. I never said Yuri won, but I did say Cotto didn't dominate.

No ones sayin u need Compubox to judge a fight. I just said the numbers show that Yuri was right there with miguel when it came to landing and throwing punches. That usually is the definition of competitive. I'm not sure how u call only landing an average of 2-3 more punches a round total domination.

Yuri got his ass beat way before he got injured. He pretty much lost every round except for one round when Cotto stopped throwing the jab. Yuri was out-boxed by Cotto the whole fight. The fight wasn't even close to deserve a rematch. **** was one sided like the Mayweather vs. Mosley fight.

I will say that it is possible I didn't see that. I was at the fight so I was watching without commentators or sound. I did see the big screen though so i had a good view of what was happening, and saw what everyone else did.

If you watch the fight without commentators or sound, you wouldn't have been convinced he was hurt either.
