Cotto's only had one fight at 154 and doesn't have the greatest chin either. Foreman even shook him up a little, I honestly think Jackson would just smash through his guard, this is ATG power we're talking about.

and to answer you question, Cotto probably could beat the OLD Jackson that lost to the late Vernon Forrest in 1998 but Jackson in his prime would have destroyed Cotto
