Numbnuts, watch the fight again. Floyd didn't abandon the shoulder roll against Judah! He mixed it up. You don't have to use one style throughout the fight! You obviously never boxed before.

If Floyd uses the peek-a-boo against Pacquiao, he'll be in more trouble because of the simple fact that most fighters use it; ergo, pacquiao has seen it. Floyd's shoulder roll is the best there ever is, best there ever was.

Mosley catching him with 2 big punches is just evidence that age is catching up with Floyd. His instincts are gradually deteriorating. Time is creeping up on him.

with all due respect, most of your post is about what others was able to do against Floyd, Mosley is 5'9 with a 74" reach, Pacman 5'6 with a 67" reach, same for Zab Judah, Zab is 5'7 1/2 with a 72" reach, it is going to be much tougher for a smaller guy to land those type of punches on a guy that is bigger and has excellent footwork...YES Mayweather still has the footwork I don't know why some people think Mayweather will fight Pacman the same way he fought Mosley...that is not going to happen, Mayweather will likely stay outside and use his reach and size advantage and try to pick Manny apart like he did Marquez from the outside, footwork and foot speed would have been useless against someone like Mosley who had the size and reach advantage in that fight so he switched it up and used a different strategy, it is no way you will see the same Mayweather against Pacman if they fight because Pacman IS NOT MOSLEY

sure Pacman can catch bigger guys like Cotto and Clottey because they are flat footed and they stood in front of Pacman the entire Fight, neither of them had lateral movement, Mayweather is an entirely different fighter compared to the guys he has been fighting since moving up in weight and yes Pacman is somewhat a different fighter compared to other fighters Mayweather has been fighting...however we have see Mayweather fight guys who are just as fast if not faster and have a lot more power BUT we have never seen Pacman against a SLICK fighter so to say he is going to do this or that is once again fans trying to CONVINCE themselves that their favorite fighter can and will win, Pacman fans have never seen Pacman against a fighter anything close to the skills of Floyd Mayweather

Shane throws a jab that mayweather blocked then he tried to counter with a hook right as shane was countering with a hook, not an uppercut.

Let's look at their measurements and maybe you can figure out why pacquiao would not catch mayweather with something like that:
Reach-Shane=74" Mayweather=72" Pacquiao=67" and Cotto=67"
Height-Shane=5'9" Mayweather=5'8" Cotto=5'7" and Pacquiao=5'6.5"

Lets break it down, 5" reach disadvantage with a 1.5" height disadvantage, your facing a guy that is either faster or just as fast and is the best defensive fighter of this era, if not ever. Oh wait I forgot about counter punching, pacquiao had two of his toughest fights versus a counter puncher with the a 67" reach and you dont think a person that is way faster, better reflexes, longer reach and a better counter puncher can beat him. And thats just if mayweather fights on the outside.

Now if mayweather chooses to fight on the inside I just see nothing that pacquiao can do. If pacquiao cant stop him from getting on the inside he will be man handled on the inside, he is just too small.

Now pac's best chance is the mid-range. Floyd has the reach advantage, a very good jab, pac has to lunge in to hit floyd and is shorter. Manny has good foot work and so does floyd.

Manny isnt going to be lunging in after he is hit with enough straight rights and check left hooks. Manny's connect percentage will probably be worst than marquez's vs floyd.

I welcome any real evidence that disputes my analysis of the fight not no manny is the FOTD, BS.
