I agree the man was getting more hype than he deserved though. It was his first real test against a top class fighter and he was outclassed. He can still fight on though, as long as his knee holds up. He reminds me of Tony Janiro, a boxer from the 1950's with a similar style, who also had knee problems. Janiro was below the very best, but he could beat anyone else.
    Ohhhhhhhhh

    I like the Janiro comparison

He should still fight on. It was just one fight.

But if he never fights again I wont shed a tear.

Thats understandable. What annoys me the most is the over-hype, I mean the guy was being promotoed everywhere at parades, on television, on the internet, radio, even in newspapers.

But I think he should retire for the following reasons:

        1. Foreman was Over-hyped: He was sold as the next sugar ray Leonard and lost the first time he fought a decent opponent.

        2. Fore has a bad leg injury. He has zero punching power so for a boxer that runs around the ring for 12 rounds it doesnt bode well.

        3. Foreman has no power in his punches: If your opponents cant respect your power your going to get used as a punching bag, I dont want to see the guy in a coma.

        4. The gravy train is over, It was nice to be Israels first world champion and the hype, But its all downward from here, I dont see him getting a world title again. He got his biggest pay-day and its over now.

            no way.

Foreman suffered his first defeat to a great fighter. no shame in that.

He can always bounce back and be a contender in the division.

              hell no.
he could still hold his own against bright up and comers.

Foreman is young and sharp. He has plenty of time and talent to bounce back. One loss does not mean smoeone is done.
