    A prime iron Mike would destroy Vitali, like another doormat.However, his chances of a KO would diminish as the fight gets longer.

      Uh...you might want to read about Vitali's kickboxing match against Pele Reid, before you make such a claim.

        Why not? This is a Mike Tyson that hasn't won a significant fight in over a decade, has no stamina, is badly faded, but can earn you respect, millions of dollars, and an undeserving title shot.

          Here's one eye witness' description of what happened in that Vitali/Pele Reid fight at the WAKO Light Continuous European Championships in Varna, Bulgaria, as told by Gary Turner (pro kickboxer, who was fighting on the same card);

          "Pele did a jump spinning hook kick, catching Vitali clean on the jaw with his heel. Vitali went down like a tree being toppled, he was totally 'poleaxed' and out cold. It was some time before he was up and moving again."

          So much for Vitali never being knocked down in either a kickboxing or boxing match!

            Look, Vitaliy said in an interview he has never been KD or KOed (i assume this means that there were no official KDs or KO scored on him). I believe Vitali.

            Maskaev also made claims that he KOed Vitali, while the (amateur) fight was stopped by Vit trainer due to Vitali's injured hand, and there were not even official KDs scored.

            So, please provide the official, credible news-source to back up your claim.

              Vitali on Pele Reid

              Source: http://www.*********.com/scott117.htm

              Prior to your fight with Lennox, many had questioned your ability to take a punch - all because of a KO loss you sustained several years ago to a British fighter named Pele Reid early in your kickboxing career. After your fight with Lennox, you showed that you definitely have a solid chin and proved that the sceptics were wrong. Can you explain what really happened in your fight with Pele?

              Vitaliy: Who is Pele Reid? It was so long ago that I forgot all about him. Nobody knows who Pele Reid is. My fight with him was a semi-contact kickboxing match 12 years ago. I lost that fight because of a kick to my thigh, not a punch. Lennox is the biggest puncher in the world and he could not knock me out.

                I provided a quote directly from someone who witnessed what happened in that fight from a short distnace away. There's also video evidence of that fight between Vitali and Pele Reid, which is currently in the hands of a gentleman by the name Chris McNeish (among others).

                Credible source?

                Did O.J. kill his wife and her lover? Hmmm?

                Well, he SAID he didn't do it, so you must believe him since you believe so strongly in what Vitali has to say.
