If Manny was willing to accept this offer who really walked away the first time~ and think about who you are blaming for that.

Other than Oscar II what other fight did Floyd walk away from~ that were actually getting made not just dicussed in the media by Bob Arum~

Im sick of the blame game on either side the fight didn't happen the first time, it's the past let it go. If they continue to live in the past this fight will never get made and in the end thats all that matters.

I'm saying forget what didn't already happen and just make this fight happen and understand compromises will have to be made on both sides for this fight to get made. You can't expect one fighter to get everything they want. Both fighters will have to make compromises they don't want if they really want this fight.

Floyd did not make any allegations he asked for Olympic Style Drug testing, which Manny got all bent out of shape about then Floyd's team went to the media when this became a real impass which lead to all events.

A rational person (if they are clean) would accept that term because it is a silly thing to fight as it makes you look bad, Manny brought all that on himself. The fight was basically made then he all of a sudden had issues, I still don't even know how to take that (the best case scenario being that he was foolish and naive).

Manny is doing just fine so I don't really see how it hurt him all that much, other than raise some questions.

This isn't economics class, this is real life situation.. with two HUGE EGOS.

What you and several of Pac's backers fail to realize is that #1, Mayweather himself never accused Pac of anything. And #2, he's being subjected to the same testing. So if requesting USADA testing is accuing Pac of illegal drug use, he's also accusing himself.

And when you talk about the egos, Pac's is the one that's getting in the way when it comes to the revenue split. Because as I've showed you, all numbers reflect Mayweather being the bigger draw. And in boxing, the bigger draw gets the lion's share of the purse. Would Mayweather just agreeing to 50/50 for the sake of making the fight happen be a good PR move? Absolutely. But, this is his job and he shouldn't have to work for less than he's worth, or set a presedent where those in the future feel they can bully him in negotiations.

That is way easier said than done, they do have to make compromises if they want to make the fight and both sides have every right to angle for the best possible deal.

There was enough blame to go around for everyone to get their fair share, hopefully cooler heads will prevail and things will get made but trying to spin in the media like this only makes things harder and the only side in the media currently is Manny's side.
