I agree with everything you just said. As much as I hate to say it I don't think this fight gets made. My question for Pac fans is this: How come when Mayweather says something you count is as lies, but when he says "I'm retiring" to shut a reporter up all of a sudden what he says is gold?

Yup they're making their press-releases early to try and clear themselves of any blame, so they can go ahead and have Manny fight Cotto for the WBA Title.

The timing is too obvious.

However i'm not gonna be a ***** about all this, if Floyd was really the man, he would rise above all this and take the fight on the terms presented right now (50/50, 14 day cutoff) and be the bigger man in all of this.

What's sad is that the negotiations haven't even begun and everyday(although they said they wouldn't) Top rank is saying something through the media. I'm not the smartest man in the world, but it looks like they are trying to sway public opinion in their favor. How hard is it to just shut the heck up and negotiate?

Its amazing how this place was buzzing yesterday when everyone HEARD Mayweather say he was taking a couple years off. But many of those same people seemed to NOT HEAR him say this past Feb that he would no longer accept any cutoffs for the USADA testing. Empty cans make the most noise. Smokescreen Bob really seems to be trying to put the ball in Mayweather's court when he knows his guy has "agreed" to something that hasn't been acceptable for months.

If you havent notice its Flyod keeps requesting his own unecessary craps one after the other to not make fight happen? Lately he wants more money and not aggreeing to the his own request of 14 OST cut-off. Pac agrees to 14 days now Flyod wants to pull another fake retirement and you ***ers still keeps defending this clown.
