this was back in 2000... the video is in spanish but it took place at 147 and this was in the U.S. in martinez's first fight outside of argentina... margarito knocked out martinez in 7... what do you guys think would happen in a rematch at 154 with the current martinez and current margarito???

i have a feeling that martinez is a much more improved fighter and would be a completely different fight at 154 now than back in the day when they fought originally... martinez had said in an interview after the pavlik fight that he has been waiting for a rematch opportunity for 10 years!!!

Have said this awhile ago, but Matinez looked good in that fight, and had rounds in the bad against Margo.

Then he got caught, and was not able to recover (Margo jumped all over him).
