when was the last time someone was seriously mentally debilitated from a knee injury? or even worse died from a torn ACL or similar??

they dont stop the fight when a fighter breaks his hand do they??

If u break your hand half of your offense is off. If you pop your knee your offense and defense is off dude.You cant punch without your knees but you would only know that if you know boxing.
So without any offense or defense you have no business in the ring
