by no power i mean not enough to keep your opponent honest. i.e. he can rush in without having to worry about getting dropped or stunned/hurt.
i am thinking, and this may be obvious, that boxers like this can never really beat true A level competition.

Winky had some pop. Enough to keep Tito off him....

It's hard to find an ELITE boxer with no power

Winky had the power to knock people out but he just didnt try because it wasnt his style, If he's in a fight then he could fight. Watch his fights with Fernando Vargas and Adrian Dodson and tell me he didnt have some pop. He did but like I said before, It wasnt his style to go out there and just knock guys out. And if you can have an easy night then why not? As he said it's called boxing not knockouts hahaha

Yea, that's what I was about to say. Winky wasn't completely feather-fisted but he was no puncher. And I think it was his accuracy that kept Tito off of him and not his power.

Cory spinks has had a decent career.

                Sergio Mora's okay.

                Bradley comes to mind.

In addition to the already mentioned.

If there is anyone that you can say...

It would have to be Chris Byrd. His defence was so good that he didnt need power. His boxing skills and defence was so good that he didnt have to hit his opponents hard to win fights against the likes of David Tua and Evander Holyfield.

Im not sold on him having power. He just didnt have it. He wasnt a Malmagii type but he wasnt a vicoous puncher either.

He just out boxed Tito. The jab owned him.

Remember Winky-Quartey? Winky threw over 1,000 punches and couldnt stop Ike. After the fight he said he tried to stop him.
