too close to call- I want that fight as bad as pacquiao mayweather.

Mayweather made a statement recently though, about how he was taking a year or two off from boxing so neither might happen.

I think it's funny how he always takes breaks right when the competition gets fierce lol.

Mayweather didn't look great at 154 vs Oscar...an aggresive Oscar. Cotto looked good against a boxer in Foreman, a footwork oriented boxer, who could never fully settle into his jabs and rights (due to Cotto). With that said, they fought two different types of fighters, and are themselves two different types of fighters. Cotto in a match with Floyd, would have to initiate. Cotto used his feet well, and tracked Foreman beautifully, I predict he does not have a problem doing the same against Mayweather. But Mayweather's defense, in terms of upper body movement is better than Foremans. It's an interesting fight, I see Floyd fighting a similar fight as he did with Oscar, but I see Cotto fighting better and moving a lot better than Oscar had. Its hard to predict this one, as I believe it is out of Mayweathers weight class, but then again it is also out of Cotto's weight class. I don't expect people to believe he can fight Martinez the same way, but I understand people are proud, so am I...just look at the sig - I just won't be fooled by one performance. Cotto vs Martinez, don't think about it, Cotto vs Floyd, interesting bout, I'd like to see it.

Cotto looked good but I wasn't thoroughly impressed...still not as quick as he was at 147 pre-Margarito and before he got bulky...and his best combination of both was at 140...
