Khan.

Give him a couple of fights at 147 before he fights someone like Cotto. He would be Cotto because he's too fast for Cotto. Cotto had problems with Manny's hand speed and he would have the same problem with Khan. Cotto can't make 147 anymore. He looks a lot better at 154 and a lot healthier.

w/ headgears I'd pick Khan like 116-112 UD win.
w/o headgear, Cotto knocks him out early.
