Isnt It Amazing How Buddy McGirt Has Disappeared?

A couple years ago this guy seemed to be in every fighter's corner, wearing himself thin chasing paychecks being on the losing end most of the time and now it seems his phone doesnt ring anymore, anyone know what he's up to?

I think people realised he's a not that great a trainer. He had some success in turning extending Gatti's career by turning him into more of a boxer puncher.

I think alot of his success came when Tarver beat Jones, fighters might have attributed this to the trainer a bit. He's gained a bit of a reputation now though, really alot of the fighters he trained were lost causes or were going to be very hard to turn around.

Paulie has a huge limitation in having no power, Hopkins was just much better than Tarver, Brewster in the Wlad rematch had very little chance against a focused Wlad and Gatti was punch drunk after the Mayweather fight. These are examples of fighters where McGirt was probably looking at the paycheck instead of his reputation if they lost.
