    Because he's at the point where he has absolutely nothing to lose. Regardless of the outcome of Mayweather-Pacquiao, he'd still get much more respect than he'd get by not fighting him. He'd also get a huge paycheck.

      At this point I could care less what he does, more power to him if he walks away from "cleaning up the sport" and a multi-million dollar payday.

        simple, Mosley hurt Flyod really good in 2nd round and I really believe that to this day that still gives Flyod nightmares of almost losing his 0.
        Pac has a really good chance of beating Flyod and thats the fight Flyod doesnt want to take a risk on. Hell he has pretend retirement before to duck certain boxers in there prime this is nothing new to Flyod.
        Flyod Mayweather has no shame and pathetic.!!
