I would lean towards this being a ploy to get more money and to get the blood testing done the way he wants it done. Now if this is not a ploy and he is leaving boxing without fighting Pac, then I would have to say that he doesn't want to fight Pac. He may feel that he isn't quick enough on his feet to beat pac anymore. Or he may feel Pac will set a pace he can't keep up with. Or Pac will be able to hit him. If floyd passes up these mills and doesn't fight him, I will think he is scared to get into the ring with Pac. Although he didn't get into the ring with De la Hoya again and retired and I know he was scared of De la.
