The fight-ending injury seemed to be caused by an open glove. Funny to hear the two corners arguing about who would've gone onto win the fight.

I'm so pissed right now... Troy Ross was getting in that ass and he got thumbed in the eye. The ref stopped the fight. I hate Sauerland man, they was behind this ****.

Fight stopped from a cut.
From up close, it looks like Ross lost a chunk of skin from his bottom eyelid. Ross reacted to Cunningham's straight right, which caused it.

That is a terrible place for a cut. He really could lose his vision if he keep fighting.
