Hes not retiring. They are in talks to fight. Last time the media circus was out of control. Floyd casually making a little statement (mind you no press conference or official announcement or anything, no word from Haymon, Roger, Sr. or Haymon on retirement) and it has the whole NSB panties in a bunch.

Now they can focus on getting the fight done. Without an artcile being broke to the public every day.

Jesus Christ people he isnt going anywhere. He doesnt want to comment on current talks between Martinez and Pac. He doesnt want to jeopardize the fights through the media.
