I agree man, Floyd never wanted the fight in the first place, he put up a smokescreen with the whole testing thing and that bought him a little time. So Pac accepts his testing demands and now he's decided he's gonna take some time off, wait till Pac retires n then come back and beat some bums for easy money and try to claim to be the G.O.A.T.
