It's not only the KO.
Wlad's dominance is such that you must feel utterly outboxed, outpunched, outfootworked, exposed. All your good assets are worth nothing while your bad mistakes are immediately punished.
That is the reason why nobody ever wants to see a rematch (Wlad vs Chagaev II or Wlad vs Hasim Rahman II). There is not a single round that you could give clearly in the recent years to Wlad's opponents.
This is similar to Foreman and completely opposed to, letsay, Ali who often struggled and barely survived, thus the audience wanted him to face Norton, Frazier etc again.Comment

Exactly, if I was managing a fighter today, unless they were on the decline I would not put them in the ring with Wlad. Why would anyone? The guy just crushes everyone. If you cared about a guy or his career why would you feed him to a guy who is bigger, stronger, faster, more athletic. Seriously the best case situation is you survive. Its not like Tyson who destroyed fighters in a different way. Where the fighter thinks they just got hit by a good shot. Wlad punishes people for rounds, letting them do absolutely nothing, then when they just give up, he finishes them. Look at the Chambers fight, I mean I thought he was dead. I really did. I was like, well thats it for him. And he doesnt give guys any motivation for thinking they could do any better. Once Wlad gets you, your career is pretty much over. I do not see how unless you drop weight classes.Comment
