I am going to take a wild guess and say that you never read the documents did you?
They never found plaster of paris on his wraps. They didn't, they tested it and they did not find plaster of paris.
Was there something that were in the wraps. It had "TRACES" of calcium and sulfur. Now that is not allowed on the wraps. However, that was the only thing that was found on the wraps. You can find Calcium and sulfer in onions. True Story.
Anyways Calcium and Sulfer are ONLY PARTs of the ingredients to make plaster of paris. You still need more ingredients that were never found. So after all the testing they never found all the ingredients for plaster of paris. So where does the rumor of plaster of paris comes from I have no idea.
Now Luis Resto did have Plaster of Paris. They found it.
Again maybe you should read up or at least listen to what i have to say so you could learn about the situations before taking shots.
You was mistaken when you said plaster of paris. I am giving you the knowledge so you could know. That is was not plaster of paris. Either take this knowledge I am giving you about the situation and be thankful or just stay quiet and don't say any smart ass comments. If we going to discuss boxing lets discuss it like grown ups.Comment

All I know is that if you go by history.
Nevada State Athletic Comission>California State Athletic Commission.
Look at the history. NSAC has always been more sufficient then CSAC in every way from fighter safety to rules to anything.Comment
