It is a shame that there are not more boxers like Cotto out there at the moment. This guy will fight anyone and has not ducked anyone in his career. A great Warrior who is classy outside the ring too. That is why i admire him. Thoughts anyone?

You only echo what most of us already feel, I think in regards to fighting every man they put in front of Cotto he can be considered a throw back.
Funny thing was a week ago I was reading an interview with Top Ranks match maker and he said he one of his favorite fighters was Cotto because he never had a dispute from Miguel when matching him against any opposition.

That's why his career is almost over, because instead on cherry picking he went on a hunt for the best, he even avenged most of his amateur losses in the pros while going up through the ranks, but he took on the boxers that nobody wanted to take on, like Margarito and Mosley, go ask Mayweather once again he went on a layoff instead of fighting these guys...Comment

Win or lose I will always support Cotto. The guy is truly a warrior. Not afraid to fight anyone and has always been willing to be hit for the opportunity to hit you back. We need more fighters in boxing like him.Comment
