If theres a movie about a boxer that needs to be made..its Pacquiao or Hopkins...to come out of the deepest proverty stricken life and become a 7 weight class champ and get voted into Congress for his country is a real fairy tale come true....as is Hopkins story..to go from being a 2 time felon serving a 5-8 yr bid in a state prison and pick up boxing and come to become an unbeaten champ in 10-11 years and become a GBP partner..WOW.
His career and life would be a wonderfull story for the big screen.
I bet they wouldn't mention or show his occasional coke habit while partying down here in the Island after his fights...nah but all jokes aside I guess they would do a Tito Trinidad instead of Cotto, because he just meant way much more for Puerto Rico.
Cotto's story would be instead a career derailed by "plaster" and occasional coke and alcohol use..
