I'm gonna out on a limb and say that the person that has the best chance of beating floyd is...................... Vernon Forrest! Provided, Forrest is the same fighter that beat shane, coming off the long layoff, i think he has the best chance. He has the height, reach, jab, boxing ability, power and style to give floyd fits. Here IMO, are the toughest fights for floyd:

1 - forrest
2 - oscar
3 - zab
4 - cotto
5 - shane

This looks like a reasonable list to me. Shane, oscar, and forrest, assuming they have something left. I think shane definitely has something left. He looked great against wright in the rematch.. it was a very close fight. Shane used to be one of the best fights in the smaller weight classes. If he were in his prime, he would have a great shot against mayweather. I wonder if mosley will rise again..

I know alot of people think DlH could beat Floyd because of his size and power but i think Floyd wins for a couple of reasons. For one DLH is fast but is still a stop behind Floyd. Also Floyd has bettter defense than anyone Dlh has ever faced and if Floyd can make it to the mid rounds Dlh slows down, while Floyd keeps bouncing.
