It's still a "special rule" even if it has happened in the past.
a special rule is somethin out of common......it is special for a reason.....it cant be special if it s so common, can it?.........lol

I want Cotto, but kinda of dont want him to win, cause a Cotto wins means a possible Cotto vs. Pac 2 match up which is Arums plan..

But Pac and Floyd should not be fighting anyone else but each other next and if either man goes another route, then that would be a disgrace..

does that make pacquiao a ***** for demanding cotto defend his belt at 145 pounds if he wanted to fight him? obviously neither pacquiao or mayweather are bitches but by your logic you must feel that they both are not just mayweather.

Maybe this is partly what Manny and Floyd's teams are waiting on.

But in this case at hand Floyd is saying test under the Olympic style testing, and thats where Pac is saying go F*** yourself..

So the NSAC should come up with some sort of solution cause they are they ones who can save this fight

Unless of course the fights in Texas
Of course not, he will just go and fight in Texas, or Manila (where they would probably let him bring a gun into the ring...LOL!!)
