Katsidis at Lightweight. Montiel at 122. Bailey may be the hardest puncher at 147. At 175 I'd say Chad Dawson. I guess Cintron at 154, reluctantly. At 140 I'd still say Ortiz, Maidaina is a tougher guy though with almost as much power.

sugar shane mosely, miguel cotto,antonio margarito(hate him or love him he hits harder then pac),mike jones,paul williams he still considers himself a welter and judging by his last fight he can go down to 147 no problem, and believe it or not saul alvarez puches harder he's not a better boxer then pac not yet hes only 19 but he has more power on both hands then pac will ever have
