Honesty, It's understandable to think Martinez had only one belt, due to all the articles about Pavlik being stripped for not taking his manditories etc.

I was actually shocked for a while that Pavlik had more than one title as well when he faced Martinez, because anyone else with out a powerful promoter like Arum, would have been stripped of all of them for conducting themselves like Kelly did when he was champ.
