They almost always have a canopy over the ring in the event of inclement weather. It's the fans (and ringside media) who get ****ed if it starts pouring. I'm sure there will be plenty of fun ringside reports if that's the case, with a bunch of prima donnas whining that they were stuck in bad weather for the event.
