For the MMA people crying, look at boxing's version of the same **** on Pros vs. Joes. Even a reitred top-level to club-level boxer never gets touched by a novice or begineer.

I didn't bother with the details because all i was trying to convey is that most MMA fighters don't have a solid technique, form, or discipline. And i gave Forest as an example. Regardless if Forest was hurt or not, that is his normal fighting style, or lack of it. I wasn't criticizing Forrest getting KTFO by a much better fighter. Anyone can get KO. The fact is that he doesn't even belong in the same ring as Anderson Silva nor does he belong in a professional MMA fight, just like most MMA fighters.
