Did Larry Merchant SPILL THE BEANS regarding Pac-Floyd negotiation?

I was listening to The Boxing Truth radio podcast and their guest was Larry Merchant and he says:

"What exclusively I have heard, I cannot reveal entirely, but I think most of the issues have been resolved. It does not mean they won’t find something else"

In your mind, how sure are you that Pac-Floyd will happen?

For all we know Larry could've been on another one of his drunken spells, but considering the secrecy behind negotiations there could be some truth...

I don't really care for what Merchant has to say about it, but I think it is the only logical fight for both and this furore has gone on long enough to start actually killing the buzz.

it will happen, simply because both men want the fight

floyd wants the money, he will make huge money in the pacman fight, his biggest pay day ever. that is what he cares about so its only a matter of time

if floyd puts a rematch clause in, he will lose the fight so he could activate the rematch...for that 2nd big pay check imo

Am sure the fight was a one fight deal, That was the original offer unless they change it this time around.

The fight makes so much sence that no ammount of bad blood will really stop it from happeaning, when shieks start throwing in bags of money with apparently no ROI it is time to make the fight the fruit ain't getting any more juicy.

Hopefully it lives up to expectations.
