For me, IMO, what i'm bothered about some if not most MMA fighters, is that they know a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and all of a sudden they're considered a Martial Artist. Most people takes years and years to become a legitimate Martial Artist. I'll give MMA fighters this much, they are fighters and there are some very good ones that actually utilizes their knowledge in Martial Arts when they're in the cage. But most of them are just brawlers that has some good ground game which to be honest is really almost like street fighting. Boxing is a real science and art, just like all real Martial Arts.
Wrong most are master's of one particular style but also have gotten good at other styles which makes them well rounded.
Seriously name a few poplular fighters and I can tell you what exactly they are masters at.Comment

That just like why would a Doctor try to do dentist work when he has a profession ?So why arn't they doing it then? Whats ***ing stopping them? everyother form of Martial Arts on the planet has displayed it's talents in the UFC so when is boxing gonna come in and destroy everyone?
And don't say money because thats a just a bull**** cop out excuse that all you ***s seem to hide behind and does nothing to prove your so called theory.Comment

PBF has a better chance of making it in MMA than any top MMA in Boxing.
For someone to take you down, they need to get in range... In MMA, if someone tries to get in range for a take down, they automatically depend...
PBF has such a superior footwork and handspeed that an attempt to take him down will cost them a few straight rights and some uppercuts.
Consider that most MMA fighters gets rocked easily, PBF has a very good chance to make it in MMA.Comment

Yup. Couldn't have said it better myself. To answer the ongoing question here: it's obvious the two do NOT compare. Floyd in a Boxing match against this MMA dude, well Floyd wipes the floor with him. This MMA dude against Floyd in the cage (obviously with cage rules) then Floyd gets beat down. For me, IMO, what i'm bothered about some if not most MMA fighters, is that they know a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and all of a sudden they're considered a Martial Artist. Point is, there is no point to this topic, cause it..
1. Will never happen.
2. Two different sports entirely.
One calling out the other is just idiotic.Comment
