            during his title reign at minimumweight, he only beat three top ten ranked fighters

            and didnt unify with any of the other 3 belt holders.

            this is a good list, that I agree with, although maybe I would switch up the order a little.

            a shout out to other guys that just barely didnt make this top 5 list:
            Esteban DeJesus-Great Lightweight, win over Duran
            Jose Torres-Great Light Heavyweight
            Edwin Rosario-Huge puncher, fought around lightweight
            oh yea, Carlos DeLeon was pretty darn good Cruiserweight too, maybe 2nd best all time
