When juanma wins , the name on the resume looks great cuz it's rafa , but in actuallity it's against an old warrior even though with lot of heart along with his experience will make it fairly competitive.

That's exactly how I see it.

I like Rafa and I am pulling for him but he will not stick to the game plan and will begin to brawl, that will be his downfall in this fight. However, Rafa has a lot of heart, so if both get hurt in a brawl, I see Rafa gutting it out.

Am I the only one that sees that Rafa has no chance in this fight? I just think he's had too many wars, is past his prime and is too easy to hit. Juanma is too fast, too good a boxer and I think Rafa is tailor made for him.

good post. I am glad I can still find some decent posts around here, not trashing the rival country like other clowns around here do. I will disagree with you, Marquez'es last fight left a lot to say; he got plenty left in the tank and he didnt even got a scratch on the last fight. On the other hand, lopez is still green, premature move to call marquez or vazquez like that, if he comes real hungry to this fight his heart might save him, plus I think he got a better chance against Vazquez since he bleeds even if he just get slapped. With that said, I am still rooting for my side of the water, even if he just signed a death sentence....

rafa has some wear on him; and i don't appreciate juanma ducking caba, but i can't help but think this will be a great fight for lopez win or lose. he's going to fight one of the best fighters of the last decade, and he's going to learn a thing or two for better, or worse.
