there's still a cut off date in mosley mayweather fight...you dont think so??????if not, you are saying that they can also extract blood in between rounds????the cut off date is just before the fight starts...thats the cut off date of mosley-mayweather fight..now pacquiao asks for a 14 days cut off date because he beleives he feels weak after blood extraction thats what he beleives...now the question is if pakyow take PEDS within 14 days before the fight does it have effect???will it make you win a fight????if the answer is no floyd should agree with the 14 days cut off...if not then close to the fight...another question does 14 days enough to metabolise all the PEDS uve taken within 14 days????because pakyow agrees also to be tested right after the fight....

contrary to popular belief floyd has no control over when the usda stop blood testing, they did get tested up to the fight the thing about random test is that you never no when they are going test you so its deterrent to not to cheat in the remaining few weeks left cause you don't know if there gonna blood test you. if they had a 14 day cut off date then they would know for sure they wound'nt be tested for those remaining 14 days.
