Funny observation from the Yuri Foreman/Miguel Cotto workout

watching the Santos fight i think he has too much foot movement for Cotto.....who's feet are stuck in quicksand IMO........i think this will be a very frustrating fight for Miguel.........Foreman will box and move on the outside and clinch on the inside....he is very sneaky with the right hand aswell.......
just can't see Miguel winning this one..........Comment

watch the Santos fight.....i was impressed with Yuri in that one.............Foreman also had a stellar amatuer career......that doesn't always translate to pro's....but many many pro's who do well have great amatuer background.......e.g. Mayweather, Kostya Tszyu and more recently Andre Direll (who has a stellar amatuer career also, over 200+ fights) looked excellent against AA....i think quality amatuer experience exposes fighters to more styles.........
FYI - Foreman does nothing but move laterally.......some have righfully pointed out he hasn't gone past 10.......i say he has more stamina than Migeul.....his style is physically taxing....he moves his whole body......and he seems to be able to keep it up rd after rd.....Comment

i am also of the belief Bob wants Foreman to win this one.......he needs to build new stars.....Foreman is a young and good looking up and comer........Cotto, Pac, Margarito and Pavlik are on the way out........GBP, The Idependents and Al Haymon have all the young talent in their stables.......Comment

My friend just wants to watch the fight because he wants to see how the ***ish contingency deals with the PR people after Cotto beats Foreman. I told him Cotto won't be able to find Foreman but he likes the social dynamics of the fight more than the fight itself. The funniest thing is the divide between the boxing media and mainstream media: The boxing media asked him about the fight and the mainstream media asked him exclusively about being ***ish.
One member of the media, I didn't get his name, asked Yuri that if he beats Cotto, does he think it will convince people to convert to *******.
LOL.
I've never seen religion be such a focus in a boxing match before but I guess any attention brought to the sport is great.Comment
