I don't think Jr MW's can use 8oz gloves right? If Cotto has to use 10oz gloves how you think he will handle that? He has always used 8oz gloves all of his career.

at that weight division, it is mandatory to use 10 oz. At the 147lbs, there is still an option to use the 8 oz as long as the fighters agree to it. This option is not available at the 154lbs.

It's a difference but i think Cotto's power will still be good. I hope he still has it in him to put some good pressure to the body.
