Nielsen cannot run. Fighting an active and arguably worldclass fighter after 6 years of playing golf in Spain seems ******. Those old guys should know when to quit.

The tentative date for Nielsens comeback is November 27 in what could be the coldest fight in Denmark as it's meant to be staged at Parken Stadium.

Holyfield is not the only option. Valuev is also being considered by Sauerland, which just goes to show how far Valuev has fallen in the eyes of his promotor.

Nielsen wanted a tuneup before fighting a 'name' BTW. That wont happen. Nielsen is fed to the lions in Parken Stadium straight off the bat.

They interest this fight will generate in Denmark will probably be huge. As a longtime hardcore boxing fan I'm sad to say that I'd be happy if Nielsen's knees doesn't make it through camp.

This has to be the most ill conceived comeback in the history of boxing.

There is no way this guy should be licensed to fight.

I don't know if it's the most ill-advised ever considering a near-blind Aaron Pryor came back as well as an HIV-positive Tommy Morrisson and so on and on. But Nielsen would do better by just looking after his kids and playing golf in Marbella.

But he says he's out to prove guys like me wrong, by coming in in the shape of his life. How delusional can it get?

When I first heard, I thought to my self that he would never be able to stage a fight with Holyfield. Why would he want to fight Brian Nielsen?!

But it's okay he's back, but he should not go into the ring without a fight.
