They are greedy organizations but I think they do have a place in the sport because they give obscure fighters like Sergio once was some attention and status that they other wise would not have.

Sergio is a bit more well known now so he doesn't really need the belts and regardless of whether he has any belts at all he IS the lineal MW champion.

So ehhhh, let the WBO put the strap on some other unknown fighter like Sergio once was.
