He had a few good years and you give him the decade? Where was Pac in 200? 2001? 2002? 2003? 2004? I mean come on this award is such bull****. And he never DOMINATED Marquez and the first fight with Morales Pacquiao was dominated.

This award is not only about who beat who (whether it's Pacman or Mayweather), it's also how they beat them. This doesn't determine who the better fighter is but it does determine more **** for your buck. With that, you have to go with Manny Pacquiao. He goes down on the top of my list of favorite fighters, along with Evander Holyfield, Joe Louis, Erik Morales, Marco A. Barrera, Diego Corrales, Jose Luis Castillo, Felix Trinidad and the ultimate blood and guys warrior, Arturo Gatti...

if boxing had 10 more "Pacquiao" it would go back to mainstream..

and u want to give it to FMJ who dominated an overbloated featherweight whom he cheated by coming 2 lbs above their contracted weight?? Or is it because he defeated an old, overdhill fighter in Mosley in which somehow still got caught with a vicious right and miraculously hold unto his arm like a leech holding for dear life
