So Maidana is "injured" and cant fight in July. Ok then.

Maidana has been hurt since before Khan's fight with Paulie and the whole world knew he had to withdraw and wouldn't be able to participate in his match with Tim Bradley that would have taken place on HBO july 18th. issue was that khan asked anyway KNOWING maidana had a bad back and turned the bradely fight down cause of it.

if he asked to fight later this year like in december or november then it be ok, but he asked for it in july to fight an injured maidana

I Lose about a stone or 3/4's of a stone in Ramadan, and you want Khan to be ready for a fight in november, or december, Khans right to try fight before then, he wont be able to train for a month, and after the month, he wont be back to his best or even his natural weight for a while
