I am rican , and I have defended Lopez my share of times.
I dont think he is a duck , I think he is planning and thinking smart about his career. His next fight is a decent one. He is defending his title against a decent opponent.
if he doesnt fight caballero within a year and Caballero is still after him I will not support him anymore , and not because ppl here bash on him cuz I could care less , but because in my own ways , I see it as a fraud.
Anyways , I refuse to believe in anyway that if he is ducking caballero , its because he is scared. I give caballero a lot of credit , he has a big heart , he is a warrior , he goes to ppls backyards to fight , but when he fights , I can see major , major flaws , the type of flaws that separate an elite , and a class c fighter. He trows slow sluggish punches , he trows very very wide , his jabs are slap jabs and are very very awkward , he leans forward and lets his jab go from a weird angle , I guess he tries to be fast , I dont know. He gets caught very very easily , I guess he knows the advantages of working the body , but he does not hit even hard enough to slow an opponent down.
I mean , I dont support ducks , and I can see why ppl on here bash on him , but seriously , who sees Caballero having a chance against either gamboa or lopez.????
Even Mario santiago has a better style and looks more like a boxer.
I will go as far as saying mario Lopez , concepcion , and even vasquez will beat him.
Please dont let ur hate or biased mentality cloud ur opinions be real and answer if u really think Cab has what it takes to beat these fighters , not only Lopez
