What he has lost physically, is now made up mentally (although he has always been a smart fighter). He thinks a lot more now, and choses his shots very wisely. I can't wait to see him fight again.

he's not powerful but neither is miyata, and itagaki seems to have enuff potential that he was able to pull off miyata's jolt counter, at which point he realized he didnt need it and didnt like how dangerous it was to use.

but ippo beats sendo anytime he faces him. sad fact.

Itagaki is good but I don't think he can compete with Ippo, Miyata, Sendo, or even Randy Boy for that matter.

Sendo and Sawamura are my favorites though. Since Sawamura retired, I got to hope Sendo can at least win one or at least beat Martinez.

Mayweather is fighting about 20-25 pounds above his best weight, and he trains like a fiend year-round. Some slowdown is to be expected.

How can Mayweather possibly be "fighting about 20-25 pounds above his best weight" when he is at 147 and the lowest he was a pro at was 130? Doesn't really add up.

Stop overrating Itagaki. They've been foreshadowing Itagaki v Ippo for a little while, it might happen but who knows. If it does Itagaki get's Ippo'd(his ass beat in the end.)
