Eh. I think Cotto deserves a couple easy fights first. Ricky Hatton comeback or something lol.

Berto wins. Younger, fresher, too much hand speed, Cotto will be coming down 7 lbs so he can possibly be a bit weight drained and not at full power. Berto will come out and try to prove something, he's an explosive style guy so if Cotto tries to stalk Berto or "seek & destroy" Berto will just burst with a combination that Cotto will no longer be able to counter.

Prime Cotto vs Current Berto is a different story, it would be a much closer fight.

Berto by TKO in this one now. Cotto absorbs too much punishment because of lack of defense and Berto stops him late.

Ricky Hatton comeback at 154, that'd be too sad to watch haha.

At this stage in both their careers, i'de have to give it to Berto. Fresher younger fighter. Cotto is not the same guy he was before MargaCheato.

I've been talking about this fight for a while. I think Berto will fight either Cotto or Bradley in the Fall. I think Berto would be lured into a war if he fought Cotto. If this were a prime Cotto, I'd say 7th round TKO but right now I'm not too sure. I say either fighter can win by like 10th round TKO if Berto's chin can hold up. It would definitely be a war though.

Right now i think this is Berto's fight.

He is constantly improving, and on the other hand i think Cotto already peaked.

                  Still an interesting fight.
