It don't matter IMO because Cotto fighting either of them is a totally different story and hard to even compare.

Pacman won't fight him because he's too big. Pacman posed problems for Cotto really only because he was too small & fast hands with pop. Pacman was so small & fast, Cotto could hardly see him coming, and the fast shots with pop took the will out of him.

Foreman doesn't have the pop and Cotto will be able to see him the whole time, go after him and finish him.
