in the first round, Solis is a disgrace and would be killed by any top heavyweight

Vitali does not KO in early rounds anymore. He picks his opponents apart, frustrates them, and usually makes them quit. Peter, Arreola, both heavy punchers with 1-KO-power, both quit on their stools.

I think, Solis will hear the open scoring after round 8, and retire before, during, or right after the 9th. Solis has solid skills, punches heavily, and is a good boxer. But with his weight I doubt he'll be able to go chamionship rounds at all.

It's funny because there was a thread earlier saying that Solis would "run through Vitali."

Hard to say. Anyone know how good Solis' chin is? I know he was knocked down by everyone's favourite darling in the ams, but then Tua was knocked out in the ams, and he has one of the best chins ever. Has anyone ever seen Solis hurt in his professional career? The dude looks very solid, Sam Peter-esque to me so I doubt Vitali ends this any time early. Must best guess at this stage is that it'll probably be a protracted beating following a quittage from Solis sometime around the ninth or tenth.
