Mayweather has fans the thing is though that they are broken up. While fighters like Gatti have their "territories" Mayweathers is broken up and doesnt have a large fan base anywhere but a handful here and a handful there adds up. I do understand Gatti's name sold it more so than Mayweathers but the performance he put on against Gatti will earn the respect as a legit ppv fighter.
