if thats the case, i still think the outcome would be similar. and I by no means am trying to discredit timmy (just check out my sig) because I dont even like Berto but I feel Tim is a good 1 Division fighter but not a guy that will be able to jump around.
Also, I felt that i read somewhere that Berto was considering dropping down in weight? I could be mistaken but i felt like I read that on this site.
You read correctly. He wants to fight the top JWWs (Bradley, Alexander, Khan, Ortiz, Maidana) at catch weights of 143 or 144.Comment
Oh ok thanks for clearing that up. Not a huge fan of catch-weights but I would be interested in these fights so I might be able to ease up.if thats the case, i still think the outcome would be similar. and I by no means am trying to discredit timmy (just check out my sig) because I dont even like Berto but I feel Tim is a good 1 Division fighter but not a guy that will be able to jump around.

Well if that the case, that's a big mistake on Berto if he willing to drop down...Berto should stay at 147 make the fighter come to him,,,he's earned that position...if thats the case, i still think the outcome would be similar. and I by no means am trying to discredit timmy (just check out my sig) because I dont even like Berto but I feel Tim is a good 1 Division fighter but not a guy that will be able to jump around.

I don't think so. Even if Berto effectively made 140 (which is impossible), then he would no longer have that size advantage that gave him a chance. Alexander would hurt him and Bradley would put on a boxing clinic. Khan? Well I don't know.
Berto would probably beat Victor Ortiz though...Comment
