Last time I saw a fight in Vegas I met Hatton, Andrade, Dawson, Juan Diaz and James Kirkland and I didn't see a single bodyguard with any of them.
:facepalms:
even if you did see them (which i highly doubt) its for fights, not everyday life or would he have to keep back and forth to mosely, khan and other clients????
He may have a personal bodyguard like Floyd one day though when hes more famous ( i am not sure he does)
just anything to hate on Khan or Haye or many others you have.
ure not a boxing fan if you hate more fighters than you like you sir simply are a HATER!
Its probably unnecessary to have bodyguards unless
1. You are controversial/piss people off
2. Are really well known and are rich or
3. Live in a very dangerous neighborhood
oh yea and 4. You can afford them in the first place
I know Pacquiao pretty much has a small private army in the Phillipines, after all...and Mayweather seems to have a large amount of big guys that follow him everywhere.
Please dont hijack this perfectly decent thread with a flame war. Stick to topic guys.
Im trying to understand why Khan felt he needed a bodyguard already, Also Elliot Ness is a ****** and was on the Mayweather-Mosley 24/7. Can someone please link episode 3 here.
Thanks
Khan has started to make good money. There is an undercurrent of hate among some small-minded people towards Middle easterners and ******s.
...and Ness needs to keep Khan away from camera phones!!
Guess What...Ness is not a bodyguard...he's actually an assistant trainer and has trained many professional and amateur boxers, particularly in the NYC area. He's worked w/ Angel Manfredy, has worked with budding amateurs in the NY Golden Gloves, and has been helping to train Shane for years. Don't believe everything you see in an HBO reality show..it's used to build hype...I used to train at a boxing gym in NYC w/ Ness too..this is probably why Khan hired him...his boxing acumen is off the charts

I see youve got one post, so welcoem but youve been here longer than me! SO what gym did Ness train at in NYC?
Just noticed that Khan hired Elliot Ness who is also Sugar Shane Mosleys bodyguard and appeared in Mayweather-Mosley 24/7. Elliot Ness is from Harlem and a ****** convert. He appears to have been hired after the May 1st fight in time for Khans fight against Malignaggi in NYC May 15th.
Here you can see Elliot Ness at Madison Square during the Khan fight:
I can seem to find Mosley-Mayweather 24/7 Episode 3 in which Elliot Ness is interviewed.
------
The thing im trying to understand is why did Khan decide to hire Elliot Ness? He has been Mosleys one man army for over ten years. Also why does he need a bodyguard already? Is it a status thing or does he think he will be kidnapped or attacked? Or both?
And you guys wonder why Naazim Richardson was talking about how Khan punches harder than Mayweather.I did mention the Islamic links and some people said I was talking rubbish.
