People talk **** about Tim for ducking Alexander but what about KHAN? Khan wants to call out one dimensional Maidana but why won't he fight the more skilled Bradley or Alexander? IMO, there is three great fighters in this division and Maidana is not one of those three. Step up to the plate Khan and fight Alexander or Bradley.
Amir Khan can't win if he faces one of the other 2 he is ducking a big puncher like Maidana.. if he faces Maidana he is picking on a poorly skilled fighter..

Khan wants Alexander and Bradley to fight each and he fights the winner SMH. He doesn't want to fight both, he's trying to take the easiest route to say he dominated the division. ****...tbh...Maidana only has a puncher's chance.
Abregu, despite his flashy ko record, isn't that good, but it's a test for Bradley.
I am not a big fan of that fight to be honest.
I believe fighters should take risks to be rewarded.
I never see Bradley-Alexander as a superfight but I guess they could make more down the road.
Let me give you a scenario: If Bradley beats Maidana and Devon beats Khan or the guy Khan lost to Bradley vs Alexander becomes a much bigger fight. The winner becomes the undisputed superstar at 140. He could then challenge one of the champions at 147 in a megafight.
Because he's making himself available by testing the waters at 147. Why risk a potential superfight now? He could lose or win and get peanuts compared to what he would get next year. If Manny doesn't fight Floyd he will not be able to stay in boxing for long w/o taking on a legitimate threat. All Bradley has to do is keep winning and he will be in position for big things.
so beating a no-name at ww will make bradley more available to fight manny or floyd than beating the best at 140 and unifying the belts? you ask why risk a potential super fight now, well why risk a chance at becoming an over night superstar now if he beats devon? all he has to do is that and he will be in position for big things and he knows that. ether way u look at it, its still a double standard, he can't say he fights for money cause he would get more from fighting devon than abregu and also, he can't say this will open doors at 147 cause he has a way better chance at a big fight if he beats devon. Bradley knows he can't **** with my brother and thats real. gary shaw even knows it, after devon beat witter, gary shaw stepped to D and said, "NO WAY, IT WON"T HAPPEN!" people not hip on whats really going on behind the scenes

The thing is Maidana is not just an ordinary puncher dude is a HUGE puncher and I don't think Khan can take it. Khan aint dancing and jabbing for 12 rounds against this guy. The Freddie Roach hype is dying quickly. I think Maidana will walk through Khan and stop him if they fight.
Bottomline I think Bradley is a stylistic nightmare for Amir. I'm not at all impressed with his win over Paulie. Im not saying that Amir doesn't have talent, but Tim will stop him and Devon short circuts his career in devestating fashion, thats just how I'm seeing it at the moment, now Amir has to fight an opponent that can be dangerous; that might furhter sell me on Amir Khan.
Exactly,
Honestly though, Maidana isn't that guy. Khan knows how easy of an opponent Maidana is.
Baby Holyfield isn't so keen on fighting Alexander.
What is with these obnoxious African-American guys talking about "having mouths to feed"? I'm sure he's made enough to not starve for another while.
I have to laugh at this situation now, considering all the people before mentioning how Bradley was a "warrior" and would fight anyone. He's not a warrior, just abother obnoxious, uneducated businessman in boxing.

"Mouth to feed" is just a figure of speech,, What is it with this hate on Timothy Bradley? What is it that you guys can't understand? Bradley has earned his position as the No.1 fighter in jr.Welter..Why would he fight Devon if he's offered more money to fight Abregu? And he was offered more to fight Maidana in the first place. HBO is not putting up the kind of money a 140lb unifacation bout deserves...Alexander is willing to fight Bradley now because he's not making the money Bradley is making right now..It would be more money for Alexander, but not for Bradley....
