Going over contract weight 2 POUNDS is a nothing and a formality for such low weight.

    2 pounds at weight in.

    Next.
Floyd Mayweathers body wont take him down to 144. He couldn't make the weight, that's why he paid money so he could weigh in at 146. Floyd Probably weighs around 155 pounds fight night. He isn't as small as he was 4 years ago...

Well you're not as illiterate as I thought.

Now, compare that to Clottey and tell me who really has an advantage.

I'm not saying Mayweather didn't outweigh Marquez, because obviously he did and was much bigger.

Clottey probably had a hard time making 147 and should fight at 154...

but you must also remember that JMM is a lightweight. Floyd basically fought a blown up lightweight at his best weight. There was no catch weight, Floyd fought a welterweight fight against a blown up lightweight....

It was a tune-up fight so im not hating

Only a true ***** would get so concerned about how much of a fine he gets if he doesn't make weight. It has no effect on what happens in the ring, so why do you even give a ****? Believe me, if Floyd can't live with the deal, he won't sign it.

Because negotiations is what kept the fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao happening.

Mayweather used this penalty as leverage for his OST demand.

If you have nothing to contribute about breaking down the contract why even bother posting in here?

Any percieved disadvantage for Floyd the Mayhaters want, they'll never get those 2lbs back, so sad, I feel sorry for them.
