Pacquiao because he's done everything better with the odds against him. Hatton was out of weight when he fought Fraud. Marquez was out of weight when he fought Fraud. Oscar almost beat Fraud. Cotto and Clottey were two huge WW's. Something Fraud took how many years to finally step in the ring with Mosley? Manny puts Fraud to shame and shows how true P4P should be earned.

dawson is grossly overrated. severely overrated. i hate floyd's guts but he's the best pure boxer in the wolrd followed by calderon. i dont get the dawson hype. why because he beat 40 year old antonio tarver?

dirrell, ward, calzaghe, bute i would favor to beat dawson.

dawson is another he's so underrated that he's now overrated case.

people who say that manny is p4p number one by default tend to forget that mayweather also got his spot by default. 'who did manny beat to get there?' well who did floyd beat to get there?

its a fair point but the other side to that would be that Floyd didnt beat the P4P #1 BUT the P4P #1 in roy jones was way past it, therefore Floyd took the mantle, i know floyd retired so manny took the mantle but now he is bk and bk in top form it should go bk to mayweather, he is as gd as ever and beating top guys making it look easy.

Cotto was a live opponent and he really came to fight. Mosley was old and it showed after the 3rd round. Pacman is #1 and Floyd #2 for me.

I would put Pacman as 1 and Mayweather as 2

The fact is, mayweather is a great fighter....who hasnt faught top notch competition...sometimes it wasn't his fault, most the time it was his fault

Pacquiao on the other hand, has beat, and dominated most (bar JMM) Elite fighters....At their peaks....

People can talk about a "shot" morales, but that win is better then a zab judah win, or carlos baldomir....

The only great wins mayweather has had, is Corrales, Castillo and Mosley (even if it was an older mosley...was a good win), some people say hatton...but If floyd really wanted 2 prove his greatness he could have come down in weight, its not like he couldnt of made 140....he was going into WW fights at 148....

Pacquiao has not ducked or dodged no1....thats a true champion, Hes faught practically every best fighters in this era that he possibly could have

His Resume is superior to mayweathers, mayweather went up in weight and became a bit ch.....Pacquiao has gone up in weight and still challanges the best... Maybe diaz wasnt the best at lightweight, but i think we all know what would of happened if he had faught juan diaz

He Beat Cotto at Welterweight, that is just crazy....to not even be a welterweight and beat some1 like Cotto....you have to be at the peak of your game....

So thats why in my eyes pacquiao is the true P4P King

First of all I think pound 4 pound title is a load of ****, to me it doesn't make sense, but.............

Floyd. He's the best boxer I've ever seen and I think he would beat Manny in a similar fashion to Judah. I also think people tend to overlook the Oscar fight when they talk about him fighter smaller guys.

Manny is quick, has sick angles and can **** but I think he's been matched really well by Top Rank. Oscar, Hatton and Cotto were on a steep decline when he fought them and Clottey was a disgrace.
